The first awareness workshop, which is part of the comprehensive awareness program of the new Executive Bylaws, tackled the first part of a topic titled (Enforcement of CMA Law & its Executive Bylaws). It concentrated on two aspects: 
First: Discussing the framework of the punitive accountability and reconciliation in light of Law No. 7 of 2010 and its Executive Bylaws and their amendments. 
Second: Discussing the mechanism of enforcing the Authority's Law, and its most important tools of implementation which are supervision, inspection, and judicial power, in addition to reporting violations and investigation.
