The CMA launched its Awareness Workshops Program of 2015 on Tuesday 20/1/2015. The first workshop was entitled "CMA Regulations No. 6 of 2014 Regarding the Regulations and Procedures of Mergers". It tackled the topic through many aspects such as the following: 
- Scope of application of "CMA Regulations No. 6 of 2014" 
- Merger definition, objectives, and regulation. 
- The required merger procedures: 
1. Preparation for merger 
2. Approval of the General Assemblies 
3. Execution 
- Merger Liabilities.
