Capital Markets Authority has launched its Awareness program for the 2nd quarter of 2015 with a workshop entitled "Presentation on the Guide of Acquisition Offer Document Requirements" on Tuesday 14/4/2015 in Khaled Al-Kharafi Hall at Kuwait Stock Exchange. The workshop tackled the topic through different aspects such as the following:

- Offer document
- Offer document's attachments
- Fee of studying the Acquisition Offer document
- Publishing the offer document
- Documents available for perusal
- Independent Consultations
- Offer price
- General Assemblies

Additionally, other issued were discussed such as conflict of board of directors members regarding the acquisition offer and the mechanism of acquisition if there are parties with actual control. Part of the workshop was for the Q&A
