CMA has held its 3rd awareness workshop on Tuesday 28/4/2015 in Khaled Al-Kharafi Hall at Kuwait Stock Exchange. The workshop was titles "Material Information & Mechanism of Disclosure", which is part of the awareness workshops program for the second quarter of 2015. The speakers discussed the topic through 3 main aspects as follows:

- Aims of "Material Information Disclosure Regulations"
- Brief about CMA regulations on material information disclosure
- Examples on means of handling material information

The first aspect covered the aims of the related regulations, including the mechanism of announcement, and the procedures that must be followed by issuers regarding the disclosure. Through the second aspect the speakers explained the meaning of material information, the time of disclosure, and cases of postponing the disclosure. The final aspect included examples on material information disclosure. At the end, the speakers discussed relevant issues such as the procedures of handling rumors, news, and unusual trading. Then participants' questions were answered.
