The CMA held on Tuesday 9/12/2014 its 9th awareness workshop, which is part of its program of awareness workshops for the year 2014. It was entitled "The Material Information and the Mechanism of Disclosure". The CMA speaker was the Director of the Disclosure Department, and it was attended by the Director of the Awareness Office as the CMA representative, in addition to a representative from the Legal Affairs Sector. The workshop tackled the issues related to the licensed persons and the investors. The speakers discussed the topic of the material information and their disclosure mechanism through different aspects.
