The Capital Markets Authority organized a lecture at GUST entitled " Violations in Trading Behavior", delivered by Mr. Sulaiman Hamad Almousa, Director of the Markets Surveillance Department, where he talked about trading during the acquisition of internal information, or exploitation or disclosure of such information, in addition to transactions and practices that constitute manipulation or fraud in trading.
