The Capital Markets Authority organized a lecture at GUST under the title " Practical Application of Corporate Finance". It was delivered by Hassan Al-Jarallah, Manager of Corporate Finance Section. He discussed the concept of corporate finance and its scope, compaies’ types, types and rights of securities, issuance and cancellation of shares, methods of issuing bonds and Sukuk, steps for Issuing securities, and supervisory entities in the State of Kuwait.
