In line with the CMA's endeavour to raise the awareness of not only the investors, but also the different sectors of society; the CMA has organized an awareness lecture in the College of Business Administration at Kuwait University. Students were briefed about the CMA, its tasks and activities, and received awareness leaflets. The main topic discussed in this event was "The Capital Markets Authority … Aims & Aspirations" delivered by the CMA's Awareness Department Director. He introduced a brief about the CMA and reviewed the history of the securities' activities in Kuwait since its start at the beginning of the fifties until the establishment of the CMA. The final part of the lecture was devoted to explaining the CMA's approaches and future aspirations.
