The CMA has organized an awareness university lecture in the Gulf University for Science and Technology which was titled “Corporate Governance” delivered by Mrs. Ibtihal Alshamali - Corporate Governance Manager. She tackled the concept of Corporate Governance and the scope of its application and the application methodology, and gave a detailed explanation of Corporate Governance Rules.
