The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) has organized an awareness lecture at Gulf University for Science and Technology. It was entitled "CMA & Securities' Activities Regulation" given by Mr. Ahmed Marafi – Director of the Awareness Office at the CMA. He introduced the common terms used in the capital markets, the trading mechanism and the investment instruments used in the securities' activities in Kuwait. He also discussed the securities' activity regulation after the issuance of the CMA Law No. (7) of 2010, and the mechanism of the CMA's work to achieve its strategic approaches at all regulatory, legislative, and awareness levels.
