The CMA has organized an awareness university lecture in the American University of Kuwait which was titled “Violating Trading Conduct” delivered by Mr. Sulaiman Almousa – Director of Markets Surveillance Department, in which he spoke about trading while in possession on inside information, using them or disclosing them to non-insiders, in addition to the dealings and practices which are considered manipulation or fraud in trading.
