The Capital Markets Authority organized an awareness lecture at Kuwait International Law School entitled " Crimes and penalties for the Capital Market Authority Law", which was delivered by Mr. Nawaf Alsaleem, Senior Specialist in Investigation Department. He discussed crimes related to securities activities as set forth in the Law of the Authority’s Establishment and the penalties thereof.
