The Capital Markets Authority organized an awareness lecture at Kuwait International Law School entitled "Corporate Governance", which was delivered by Mrs. Ibtihal Alshamali, Manager of Governance Section, and Mr. Ahmad Naji, Specialist in Corporate Finance & Governance Department. They discussed the concept of corporate governance, the scope and methodology of its application and detailed corporate governance rules.
