Article 93 Of Chapter 9
Section: Prospectus for SecuritiesIssued by Companies

No Person may offer any Securities for an Initial Public Offering or Private Placement without providing a prospectus consistent with the information and procedures set forth in the Bylaws and ratified by the Authority. Foreign Securities may not be offered or issued for Public or Private Placement or promoted or marketed unless licensed by the Authority. The Bylaws as set by the Authority shall determine any exceptions on the application of this Article.
