CMA LAW: Circular No. (11) of 2019 Regarding the Prohibition of Using the Official Logo of the Professional Qualifications Program Affiliated with the CMA

In order for the CMA to ensure compliance with Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws and their amendments, the CMA draws the attention of all persons to the importance of not using the official logo of the Professional Qualifications Program affiliated with the CMA, or its name or any means or picture that would mislead the public, in any of the websites or social media channels or official publications or editorials or promotional and marketing means or any other documents written or electronic.
Therefore, it should be noted that not complying with the provisions of this circular gives the Authority the right to hold the violator accountable according to the provisions of Law No. 7 of 2010 and its Executive Bylaws and their amendments, and any other relevant law.
