CMA LAW: Circular No. (8) of 2018 to all Licensed Persons

CMA draws the attention of all licensed persons to the importance of not using the official logo of the Authority in any of the official sites of the licensed persons, or in the means of advertising in any way, in order for the CMA to ensure compliance with Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws and their amendments, and the relevant laws and regulations.

In this regard, CMA affirms its keenness to apply the Authority's Law and its Executive Bylaws to all those involved in securities activities, and urges them to abide by these laws so that these transactions can be trusted by investors to create a sound investment environment based on the application of the law in accordance with the principles of fairness, transparency and efficiency, to work in line with best international practice.
