Title: Resolution No. (63) of 2018 Regarding Renewal of the Collective Investment Scheme License of Wafra Bond Fund
Having Perused:
- Law No. (7) of 2010 regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments;
- The collective investment scheme license certificate of Wafra Bond Fund No. (F/2015/0017) issued on 13/05/2015; and
- CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution No. (36) of 2015 regarding the licensing of investment funds which have been through the reconcilement process; and
- Based on the application submitted by Wafra International Investment Company to renew the license of Wafra Bond Fund; and
- Resolution No. (20) of 2018 on amending the final approval of authorizations for the Supervision Sector’s procedures and delegations issued on 11/02/2018.
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
The collective investment scheme license of Wafra Bond Fund is hereby renewed for three years, renewable after paying the prescribed fees.
Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
