Title: Resolution No. (52) of 2018 Regarding Renewal of the Collective Investment Scheme License of Burgan Equity Fund
Having Perused:
- Law No. (7) of 2010 regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments;
- The collective investment scheme license certificate of Burgan Equity Fund No. (F/2014/0034) issued on 01/10/2014; and
- Based on CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution No. (51) of 2014 regarding the licensing of investment funds which have been through the reconcilement process; and
- Based on the application submitted by Burgan Bank to renew the license of Burgan Equity Fund; and
- Resolution No. (20) of 2018 on amending the final approval of authorizations for the Supervision Sector’s procedures and delegations issued on 11/02/2018.
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
The collective investment scheme license of Burgan Equity Fund is hereby renewed for three years, renewable after paying the prescribed fees.
Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
