Title: Resolution No. (9) of 2016 Regarding Issuance of Fees Schedule

Having Perused:
- Law No. (7) of 2010 regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Amendments, and its Executive Bylaws; and
- Resolution No. (19) of 2013 regarding Issuance of the Fees Schedule issued on 1/5/2013 and its amendments; and
- Based on CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution passed in its meeting No. (5) of 2016 held on 8/2/2016 regarding the issuance of the fees schedule; and
- Upon the requirements of work interest.
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
Issuing the Fees Schedule of the Capital Markets Authority shall be as per the following table:

• The acquisition transactions' fees are distributed as follows :
1) The Capital Markets Authority 60%
2) The Securities Exchange 30%
3) The Clearing Agency 10%
When executing the acquisitions or mergers, no other entity is permitted to fulfill any other fees.
Article (2)
The concerned bodies at the CMA shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and all contradicting resolution shall be annulled.
