CMA LAW: Resolution No. (76) of 2015 Regarding Revoking the Securities Activities License of Real Estate Facilities Company K.S.C.C and Crossing it out from CMA Licensed Persons Register

Having Perused:
- Law No. (7) of 2010 regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws and their amendments; and
- Based on the request of Real Estate Facilities Company K.S.C.C to cancel all the securities activities and to cross out its name from CMA Licensed Persons Register; and
- Based on the decision of the Extraordinary General Assembly of Real Estate Facilities Company K.S.C.C held on 11/10/2015 on the approval of amending the Company's entity to Real Estate Facilities Company K.S.C.C, and amending the purposes of its establishment pursuant to the provisions of Commercial Companies Law No. (15) of 1960, and indicating the same in the Commercial Register at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry on 5/11/2015;
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1): The securities activities license of Real Estate Facilities Company K.S.C.C is hereby revoked, and it is crossed out from CMA Licensed Persons Register. CMA Data Classification:
