CMA LAW: Resolution No. (105) of 2016 Regarding Renewing an Auditor’s Registration in the Concerned Register at the CMA

Having Perused:
- Law No. (7) of 2010 regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments; and
- The auditor’s registration certificate of Mr. Abdulrahman Mubarak Al-Qaoud No. (EA/2013/0032) issued on 03/09/2013; and
- The request of the auditor Mr. Abdulrahman Mubarak Al-Qaoud to renew his registration in the concerned register at the CMA; and
- Based on CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution No. (44) of 2015 passed in its meeting No. (18) of 2015 held on 3/6/2015 on delegating a number of the Supervision Sector's competences.
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
The auditor’s registration in the concerned register at the CMA of Abdulrahman Mubarak Al-Qaoud of Abdul Rahman Al-Qaoud & Partners- Legal Accountants is hereby renewed for three years starting from the expiry date of the registration certificate and after paying the required fees.
Article (2)
The fees shall be paid within five business days from the date of issuance of this Resolution. In case of default in paying the fees during the specified period, the Resolution shall be considered null and void.
Article (3)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
