CMA LAW: Resolution No. (61) of 2016 Regarding Amending the Executive Bylaws of Law No. (7) of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Amendments by Adding Capital Requirements for the Activities of "Central Securities Depository" and "Settlement and Clearing"

Having Perused:

- Law No. (7) of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities its Amendments; and

- Resolution No. (72) of 2015 on Issuance of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. (7) of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Amendments; and

- Resolution No. (9) of 2016 Regarding Issuance of Schedule of Fees; and

- CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution passed in its meeting No. (20) of 2016 held on 13 and 14/6/2016;

The Following Was Resolved
 
Article (1)
Module Four (Securities Exchanges and Clearing Agencies) and Module Five (Securities Activities and Registered Persons) are hereby amended pursuant to the appendix attached to this Resolution.

Article (2)
Any provisions that contradict with the provisions of the Executive Bylaws which are attached to this Resolution are hereby annulled. 
 
Article (3)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
