CMA LAW: Resolution No. (66) of 2016 Regarding Renewal of the Securities Activities License of Al-Arabi Brokerage Company at the CMA

Having Perused:
 
- Law No. (7) of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Amendments; and

- The securities activities license certificate of Al-Arabi Brokerage Company No. (AP/2013/0010) issued on 3/7/2015; and

- Based on the request of Al-Arabi Brokerage Company dated 23/3/2016 to renew its securities activities license at the CMA;

The Following Was Resolved

Article (1)
The securities activities license of Al-Arabi Brokerage Company for practicing the activity of a Securities Broker Registered with an Exchange is hereby renewed at the CMA for three years. The license is renewable after paying the prescribed fee.

Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance. It shall be published in the Official Gazette.
