of the Capital Markets Authority's Board of Commissioners
Regarding
Canceling the License of Manafae First Fund and Crossing out its Name from the CMA's Investment Funds Register
Having Perused:
- Law No. (7) of 2010 regarding the "Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities' Activity", and Executive Bylaw thereof; and
- Based on the request of Manafae First Fund's manager regarding liquidating the Fund and crossing out its name from the CMA's Investment Funds Register; and
- Based on the CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution passed in its meeting No. (20) of 2014 held on 17/9/2014;
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1): Manafae First Fund license is hereby canceled, and its name is crossed out from the CMA's Investment Funds Register.
Article (2): The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its own jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
