CMA LAW: Resolution No. (62) of 2014 Regarding Revoking the Securities Activities License of KQ Leasing & Investment Company and Removing it from CMA’s Licensed Persons’ Register

Having Perused:
- Law No. (7) of 2010 regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, and its Executive Bylaws and their amendments; and
- The decision of the Extraordinary General Assembly of KQ Leasing & Investment Company held on 30/9/2014 on the approval of amending the objectives of the Company’s incorporation pursuant to the provisions of the Commercial Companies Law No. (15) of 1960, and notating the same in the Commercial Register Department at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry on 27/10/2014; and
- Based on the request of KQ Leasing & Investment Company to revoke all the securities activities and removing it from the CMA’s licensed persons’ register; and
- Based on CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution passed in its meeting No. (27) of 2014 held on 10/12/2014 on the approval of revoking the securities activities license of KQ Leasing & Investment Company and removing it from CMA’s licensed persons’ register.
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
The securities activities license of KQ Leasing & Investment Company is hereby revoked, and it is removed from CMA’s licensed persons’ register.
Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. It shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
