CMA LAW: Resolution No. (7) of 2016 Regarding Revoking the License of Al-Fouz Real Estate Fund and Crossing it out from CMA Investment Funds Register

Having Perused:
- Law No. (7) of 2010 regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets
Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Amendments, and its
Executive Bylaws; and
- Based on the request of Dimah Capital Investment Company to liquidate AlFouz
Real Estate Fund and to cross it out from CMA's Investment Funds
Register; and
- Based on CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution passed in its meeting No.
4/2016 held on 31/1/2016;
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1) The license of Al-Fouz Real Estate Fund is hereby revoked, and it is crossed out from CMA's Investment Funds Register.
Article (2) The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its own jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force as from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
