CMA LAW: Resolution No. (35) of 2016 Regarding Renewal of the Securities Activities License of Al-Sharq Financial Brokerage Company at the CMA

Having Perused:
- Law No. (7) of 2010 regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Amendments; and
- The securities activities license certificate of Al-Sharq Financial Brokerage Company No. (AP/2013/0014( issued on 3/7/2015; and
- Based on the request of Al-Sharq Financial Brokerage Company dated 11/4/2016 to renew the securities activities license at the CMA; and
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
The securities activities license of Al-Sharq Financial Brokerage Company to carry out the activity of a securities broker registered in the Securities Exchange is hereby renewed for three years, renewable after paying the prescribed fee.
Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance. It shall be published in the Official Gazette.
