Greetings,
With reference to the Ministerial Resolution No. (5) of 2014 regarding the Executive Bylaw of the implementation of the Security Council Resolutions issued pursuant to Chapter VII of the UN Charter on Terrorism and Financing of Terrorism, the committee concerned with implementing such Resolutions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has approved in its meeting held on 15/9/2014 the Executive Functions directed to the parties concerned with the implementation of the Ministerial Resolution mentioned above.
Attached is a copy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs letter dated 18/9/2014 - reference No. (20141363), and a copy of the Executive Functions directed to the parties concerned with meeting the requirements of Resolution No. (5) of 2014 on the Executive Bylaw of the implementation of the Security Council Resolutions issued pursuant to Chapter VII of the UN Charter on Terrorism and Financing of Terrorism.
Accordingly, you shall take all the required measures in order to lay down the policies and internal procedures according to these Executive Functions.
We also would like to emphasize on the importance of abiding by all the provisions of the above mentioned Ministerial Resolution, in particular Articles No. (3,5,20) of the same Resolution.
