CMA LAW: Resolution No. (21) of 2014 of Capital Markets Authority Regarding Ceasing Trading of the Offeree Company's Share When Disclosing the Acquisition Offer

- القانون رقم (7) لسنة 2010 بشأن انشاء هيئة أسواق المال وتنظيم نشاط الاوراق المالية ولائحته التنفيذية

- وعلى تعليمات هيئة اسواق المال بشان إجراءات الافصاح عن عروض الاستحواذ - وبناء على قرار مجلس المفوضين باجتماعه رقم (9) لسنة 2014 المنعقد بتاريخ 30/4/2014 بشأن الموافقة على اصدار قرار بشأن إيقاف تداول سهم الشركة محل العرض عند الافصاح عن عروض الاستحواذ قرر ما يلي

مادة أولى - يتم ايقاف سهم الشركة محل العرض عن التداول لمدة ساعة فور الإعلان عن عروض الإستحواذ ، على أن يعاد السهم للتداول بعد ذلك.

مادة ثانية على الجهات المختصة تنفيذ هذا القرار كل فيما يخصه ويعمل به اعتباراً من تاريخ صدوره . صالح مبارك الفلاح رئيس مجلس مفوضي هيئة اسواق المال صدر بتاريخ : 6/5/2014
