CMA LAW: CMA Resolution No. (02) of 2014 Regarding Renewal of the Securities Activities License of Al-Muthana Brokerage Company at the CMA

Having Perused: 

- Law No. (7) of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, and its Executive Bylaws; and

- The Securities Activities license certificate of Al-Muthana Brokerage Company No. (AP/2013/0007) on 14/4/2013; and

- Based on the request of Al-Muthana Brokerage Company dated 24/3/2014 to renew the securities activities license at the CMA; and

- Based on CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution No. (6) of 2013 passed in its meeting No. (4) of 2013 held on 13/3/2013 on delegating some competences of the Market Regulation Sector;

The Following Was Resolved

Article (1)
The securities activities license of Al-Muthana Brokerage Company is hereby renewed at the CMA to carry out the activity of brokerage in purchasing securities and selling them for the account of others in return of a commission (Securities Broker Registered in the Exchange), for a renewable year after paying the required fees.

Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. It shall come into force from the date of its issuance.
