CMA LAW: Circular No. (10) of 2020 Regarding Obligating Auditors Registered with the Authority to Report on the Compliance of Companies Listed in the Exchange with the Authority’s Law and Relevant Legislations (Circular to all Auditors Registered with the Authority)

Greetings,

The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) draws the attention of the auditors registered with it to the importance of preparing a report on the compliance of companies listed in the Exchange with Law No. 7 of 2010 regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and its Executive Bylaws and related regulations, within the section on the auditor’s report on legal requirements and other legislation.

Accordingly, the auditors must comply with what is mentioned above, starting from the date of this circular.
