CMA LAW: إعلان بشأن ترخيص نشاط أوراق مالية لشركة الرويح و شركاه للاستشارات المالية والإدارية

استنادا للقرار رقم (54) لسنة 2026 بشأن طلب التـرخيص المقدم من شركة الرويح و شركاه للاستشارات المالية والإدارية لمزاولة أنشطة أوراق مالية وفقاً للقانون رقم (7) لسنة 2010 بشأن إنشاء هيئة أسواق المال وتنظيم نشاط الأوراق المالية ولائحته التنفيذية وتعديلاتهما والصادر بتاريخ 04/05/2026، ونفاذاً للمادة الثانية من القرار المذكور التي تقضي بترخيص الشركة بعد استكمالها لمتطلبات الهيئة وذلك لمدة ثلاث سنوات من تاريخ إصدار شهادة ترخيص الهيئة.

تعلن هيئة أسواق المال بأنه تم إصدار الترخيص لشركة الرويح و شركاه للاستشارات المالية والإدارية لنشاط مستشار استثمار بتاريخ 12/07/2026، وذلك لمدة ثلاث سنوات قابلة للتجديد.
