CMA LAW: هيئة أسواق المال تعلن عن تقديم بلاغ للنائب العام عن وقوع الجريمة

تعلن هيئة أسواق المال عن تقديم بلاغ للنائب العام بتاريخ 25/6/2026 عن وقوع الجريمة المنصوص عليها في المادة (125) من القانون رقم 7 لسنة 2010 بشأن إنشاء هيئة أسواق المال وتنظيم نشاط الأوراق المالية وتعديلاته، والمـادة (209) من القانــون رقـــم 16 لسنة 1960 بإصــدار قانــون الجـــزاء، والبند رقم (5) مــن المادة (21) من القانون رقم 3 لسنة 2006 في شأن المطبوعات والنشر، وذلك لقيام المبلغ ضده بنشر تغريدة في موقع التواصل الاجتماعي الاجتماعي إكس (x) (TWITTER سابقاً)، ادعى المغرد من خلالها على خلاف الحقيقة بأن هيئة أسواق المال قامت بإجراء لم تقم به.
