CMA LAW: Resolution No. (81) of 2026 Regarding Renewal of the Collective Investment Scheme License of Awa'ed Real Estate Fund

Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto; and
- The Collective Investment Scheme License Certificate for Awa'ed Real Estate Fund No. (LCIS/2014/0037) issued on 29/09/2023; and
- The application from A'ayan Leasing and Investment Company to renew the license for Awa'ed Real Estate Fund; and
- Based on Resolution No. (04) of 2025 regarding the amendment of the approval authorizations for the Supervision Sector's procedures issued on 12/01/2025.

The Following Was Resolved:
Article (1)
The collective investment scheme license for Awa'ed Real Estate Fund is hereby renewed for a period of three years, renewable, starting from 29/09/2026.

Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
