CMA LAW: Resolution No. (77) of 2026 Regarding the Renewal of the Securities Activities License for Kuwait & Middle East Financial Investment Company (KMEFIC)

Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto, and
- The securities activities license certificate of Kuwait & Middle East Financial Investment Company (KMEFIC) No. (AP/2014/0003) issued on 01/09/2023; and
- The application submitted by Kuwait & Middle East Financial Investment Company (KMEFIC) to renew the license of the securities activities at the CMA; and 
- Based on Resolution No. (4) of 2025 regarding the amendment of the approval authorizations for the Supervision Sector’s procedures issued on 12/01/2025.

The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
The securities activities license of Kuwait & Middle East Financial Investment Company (KMEFIC) at the CMA is hereby renewed to practice the following activities:
1- Securities Broker not Registered with an Exchange.
2- Investment Advisor.
3- Collective Investment Scheme Manager.
4- Investment Portfolio Manager.
This license is valid for three renewable years as of 01/09/2026.

Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
