CMA LAW: Resolution No. (66) of 2026 Regarding the Renewal of the Securities Activities License for KAMCO Investment Company

Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto, and
- The securities activities license certificate of KAMCO Investment Company No. (AP/2014/0004) issued on 31/08/2023; and
- The application submitted by KAMCO Investment Company to renew the license of the securities activities at the CMA; and
- Based on Resolution No. (4) of 2025 regarding amending the approval authorizations of the Supervision Sector’s procedures issued on 12/01/2025.
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
The securities activities license of KAMCO Investment Company at the CMA is hereby renewed to practice the following activities:
1- Investment Portfolio Manager
2- Investment Advisor
3- Custodian
4- Collective Investment Scheme Manager
5- Subscription Agent
6-Securities Broker not registered with an Exchange
This license is valid for three renewable years as of 31/08/2026.
Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
