CMA LAW: Announcement regarding issuance of Disciplinary Board Resolution No. (05/2026 Disciplinary Board) (16/2025 Complaint) and imposition of a fine against: Dimah Capital Investment Company, for Violating the Rules of Clients’ Funds and Clients’ Assets, Conduct of Business, and Collective Investment Schemes

Announcement regarding issuance of Disciplinary Board Resolution No. (05/2026 Disciplinary Board) (16/2025 Complaint) and imposition of a fine against: Dimah Capital Investment Company, for Violating the Rules of Clients’ Funds and Clients’ Assets, Conduct of Business, and Collective Investment Schemes
For the following reasons:
Violation of the provisions of Item (5) of Article (5-1-9) of Module Seven (Clients’ Funds and Clients’ Assets), Articles (2-2), (2-7), and (2-8) of Module Eight (Conduct of Business), and Article (5-2-1) of Module Thirteen (Collective Investment Schemes) of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. 7 of 2010, and their amendments.
The Resolution included the infliction of the following penalty: -
" Levying a Fine on the complainant Dimah Capital Investment Company in the amount of KWD 10,000 (ten thousand Dinars) for the attributed violation.”
In this regard, the CMA emphasizes the implementation of CMA Law and its Executive Bylaws on all persons dealing in securities activities, and urges them to comply with these Laws in order to promote investors' confidence, create a sound investment environment, and implement the Law according to the principles of fairness, transparency, and integrity in line with the best international practice.
