CMA LAW: Resolution No. (24) of 2026 Regarding the Resumption of Trading in Boursa Kuwait

Having Perused: 
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto; and 
- CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution No. (23) of 2026 Regarding the Suspension of Trading in Boursa Kuwait issued in its meeting on 28/02/2026; and
- CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution issued in its meeting on 01/03/2026.

The Following Was Resolved: 
Article (1)
Trading in Boursa Kuwait Securities Exchange shall be resumed as of Monday 02/03/2026.

Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution. This Resolution shall come into force as of Monday 02/03/2026, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
