CMA LAW: Resolution No. (19) of 2026 Regarding the Renewal of the Securities Activities License for Kuwait Financial Centre Company-Markaz

Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto, and
- The securities activities license certificate for Kuwait Financial Centre Company-Markaz  No. (AP/2017/0006) issued on 15/05/2023, and
- The application of Kuwait Financial Centre Company-Markaz  to renew the securities activities license with the CMA, and
- Based on Resolution No. (04) of 2025 regarding the amendment of the approval authorizations for the Supervision Sector's procedures, issued on 12/01/2025.

The Following Was Resolved:
Article (1)
The securities activities license of Kuwait Financial Centre Company-Markaz  with the CMA is hereby renewed for practicing the activity of Custodian for a period of three years, renewable, effective from 15/05/2026

Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
