CMA LAW: Resolution No. (213) of 2025 Regarding the Cancellation of the Securities Activities License for BDO for Economic, Administrative, Industrial Consultant & Computer Company W.L.L and its Removal from the Licensed Persons Register at the CMA

Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto; and
- The securities activities license certificate for BDO for Economic, Administrative, Industrial Consultant & Computer Company W.L.L No. (AP/2018/0008) issued on 05/12/2024, and
- Based on CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution passed in its meeting No. (45) of 2025 held on 17/12/2025.

The Following Was Resolved:
Article (1)
The securities activities license (Asset Valuator) granted to BDO for Economic, Administrative, Industrial Consultant & Computer Company W.L.L is hereby cancelled. It shall be removed from the licensed persons register at the CMA due to the failure to meet the standards applicable for professionalism in providing the services related to valuation reports, in which he did not adhere to neutrality and impartiality.

Article (2)
The Company shall fulfill all the legal obligations stipulated under Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws and amendments thereto, for the period preceding the effective date of this Resolution.

Article (3)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
