CMA LAW: Resolution No. (208) of 2025 Regarding Renewal of the Securities Activities License for Commercial Facilities Company

Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto, and
- The securities activities license certificate for Commercial Facilities Company No. (AP/2016/0027) issued on 23/12/2022, and
- The application of Commercial Facilities Company to renew the securities activities license with the CMA, and
- Based on Resolution No. (04) of 2025 regarding the amendment of the approval authorizations for the Supervision Sector's procedures, issued on 12/01/2025.

The Following Was Resolved:
Article (1)
The securities activities license of Commercial Facilities Company with the CMA is hereby renewed for practicing the activity of Investment Portfolio Manager for a period of three years, renewable, effective from 23/12/2025.

Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
