Greetings,
Within the framework of the national efforts that aim to strengthen the system of combating terrorism and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, and in implementation of Recommendation (7) of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) recommendations related to the implementation of targeted financial sanctions, you will find attached the document of Proliferation Financing Red Flag Indictors prepared by the national Committee for Anti-Money Laundering and Combating Financing of Terrorism.
These indicators are considered an important directive reference for the entities subject to the provisions of Law No. 106 of 2013 Regarding Combating Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing, which contain examples on the indicators of the activities or transactions expected to relate to financing the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction or the methods used to transfer or produce them.
