CMA LAW: The Capital Markets Authority Announces Filing a Report with the Prosecutor General Regarding the Occurrence of Crime

The Capital Markets Authority announces filing a report with the Prosecutor General on 11/09/2025 regarding the occurrence of the crime stipulated in Items (1 and 4) of Article (63) of Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, and amendments thereto, criminalized by the provision of Item (1) of Article (126) of the same Law. The defendant (electronic platform) practiced the activity of Securities Broker not registered with an Exchange and Investment Portfolio Manager without obtaining the necessary licenses from the CMA to practice this activity.
