CMA LAW: Resolution No. (148) of 2025 Regarding the Registration of Mr. Ahmad Abdul-Rahim Mohammad Abdul-Ghafour in the Register of Auditors

Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments; and
- The application of Mr. Ahmad Abdul-Rahim Mohammad Abdul-Ghafour regarding his registration as auditor in the relevant register at the CMA; and
- Based on Resolution No. (04) of 2025 regarding amending the approval authorizations of the Supervision Sector’s procedures issued on 12/01/2025.
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
Mr. Ahmad Abdul-Rahim Mohammad Abdul-Ghafour is hereby registered as auditor in the register of auditors at the CMA.
Article (2)
The registration period of the mentioned auditor is three years, starting from the date of issuance of the registration certificate, after paying the prescribed fee.
The auditor shall pay the fee upon renewing the registration for any other period, according to the provisions of Law No. 7 of 2010, its Executive Bylaws and their amendments, and the CMA’s resolutions and regulations.
Article (3)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
