CMA LAW: CMA Circular No. (09) of 2025 to All Listed Companies and Licensed Companies by the Capital Markets Authority Regarding Launching the “Company Shares Trading Report Form (Treasury Shares)” Service

In pursuit of the CMA’s strategic objectives and ongoing efforts to enhance the efficiency of the legislative infrastructure of the capital markets, we would like to inform you that the CMA is preparing to launch the "Company Shares Trading Report Form (Treasury Shares)" service through the CMA’s electronic portal. This service will be fully implemented and processed through the portal.

This service can be accessed via the CMA's electronic portal under the “Services” menu - Corporate Finance Services.
