CMA LAW: Announcement Regarding Cancellation of the Registration of Investment Opportunities Fund

Based on Resolution No. 128 of 2021 Regarding Investment Opportunities Fund, issued on 11/11/2021, and in completion of the procedures of appointing a liquidator by the CMA, and in implementation of Article 3 of the mentioned Resolution, which requires removing Investment Opportunities Fund from the Investment Fund’s Register at the CMA after completion of the liquidation work.

The Capital Markets Authority announces the cancellation of the registration of Investment Opportunities Fund from the Fund’s Register at the CMA as of 30/10/2024.
