CMA LAW: Resolution No. (111) of 2024 Regarding Resuming the Trading of Ekttitab Holding Company's Shares on Boursa Kuwait Securities Exchange

Having perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments; and
- Based on CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution passed in its meeting No. (12) of 2024 held on 01/05/2024 Regarding the Suspension of Trading of Ekttitab Holding Company's Shares Listed on Boursa Kuwait Securities Exchange; and
- Based on CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution passed in its meeting No. (28) of 2024 held on 28/08/2024.

The Following Was Resolved:
Article (1)
The trading of Ekttitab Holding Company’s shares shall be resumed on Boursa Kuwait Securities Exchange, due to the Company meeting the requirements stipulated in Resolution No. (58) of 2024 issued on 01/05/2024, unless there are other reasons that warrant the continuation of suspending the trading of the Company's Shares.

Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force as of Sunday 01/09/2024, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
