CMA LAW: Resolution No. (130) Regarding Extending the Enforcement of Resolution No. (56) of 2023 Regarding Development of Provisions for License Renewal and Cancellation at the Request of a Licensed Person

Having Perused:

- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments; and

-Resolution No. (56) of 2023 Regarding Development of Provisions for License Renewal and Cancellation at the Request of a Licensed Person; and

- CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution No. (C.B.C. 9-27) of 2023 passed in its meeting No. (27) of 2023 held on 20/09/2023.

The Following Was Resolved

Article (1)
The enforcement of Resolution No. (56) of 2023 is hereby extended for six months starting from 15/10/2023.

Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
