The Capital Markets Authority announces the expiration of the Securities Activities License of Azyan Capital Investment Company for practicing the activity of Collective Investment Scheme Manager from the license expiration date on 20/08/2023.
The expiration of the Company’s license shall not restrict the Company from fulfilling all the legal obligations pursuant to Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments.
