Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments; and
- Based on CMA’s Resolution No. (168) of 2022 Regarding Extending the Suspension Period of Trading on AAN Digital Services Holding Company Shares at Boursa Kuwait Securities Exchange issued on 27/04/2022; and
- CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution passed in its meeting No. (12) of 2023 held on 19/04/2023; and
The Following Was Resolved:
Article (1)
The provisions of “Article (2)” of Resolution No. (168) of 2022 issued on 02/11/2022 Regarding the Cancelation of the Listing of AAN Digital Services Holding Company Shares at Boursa Kuwait Securities Exchange shall be implemented, due to the Company’s failure to meet the recent requirements that would affect the relisting of the shares, represented in the presence of material observations on the financial statements ending on 31/12/2022.
Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
