CMA LAW: Circular No. (06) of 2023 Regarding the Statistical Data of the Balance of Payments and Coordinated Survey

Greetings,
With reference to the subject above, and as the Central Bank of Kuwait is collecting some statistical data to be submitted to the International Monetary Fund, the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) invites all persons licensed by the CMA and are practicing one of the following securities activities: (investment portfolio manager, collective investment scheme manager, custodian, subscription agent - market maker) to cooperate with the Central Bank of Kuwait in this regard and promptly respond to complete the following data on time and through the approved forms:
First: Balance of Payments (BOP) data forms of investment companies within 45 business days after the end of the required period, in accordance with BOP Form.
Second: Annual data forms of the Coordinated Direct Investment Survey (CDIS), within 45 business days after the end of the required period, in accordance with CDIS Form.
Third: Semi-annual data forms of the Coordinated Portfolio Investment Survey (CPIS) within 45 business days after the end of the required period, in accordance with CPIS Form.
The Central Bank receives the forms after completing the required information through the following email address: stats@cbk.gov.kw.
